Jim also has experience in many different industries (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Technology, Automobile, Medical, and Real Estate) in small businesses up to Fortune 500 businesses. Jim’s focus has always been on aligning with operations teams and learning the business in detail to be able to contribute toward the company goals and strategic plans. Jim is highly experienced in forming a variety of business entities, business expansions, divestitures, mergers & acquisitions, and business closures. Most importantly, Jim has focused his career on Strategic Planning while supporting and maintaining detail planning and business processes. Jim’s major passion is technology and helping clients utilize leading business automation methodology to collect and report data as well as streamline processes for sustainability and competitive edge.
